Just choose "Open" so that your stationery or other files will automatically install and be ready to use.  When downloading from the Internet, Microsoft includes a warning to remind you to be sure you trust the source (in this case the source would be Cloudeight) as some files distributed on the web can have virus, worms or trojans.
