Using Outlook versions later then 2003? You can use our stationery! Download the same files that are for Windows Live; be sure .eml files are set to open from Outlook (Outlook 2010 does this automatically).  Install the files and click any choice to send a stationery; the email will automatically open in Outlook without even opening the program!  Follow the same instructions we have for Windows Live Mail. 

Help Using Cloudeight Stationery with Outlook 2003 and older

Be sure you download the correct installation file for Outlook (also referred to as Standard install).

• Click Actions
• Click New Mail Message Using
• Click More Stationery

Using Outlook 2003 in Vista? Click here

Using Outlook 2007 or newer? Click here

You must not be using Outlook as a client for MS Word or connected via a LAN via Internet Mail Service.  Click here to make sure you are not using MS Word as your editor for Outlook.  Microsoft has removed this feature for Outlook 2007 and newer.

Sound will not embed in Outlook

Scroll will not work in 2003 but otherwise works great.

NOTE: Outlook 2007 and later does not give this option so you cannot use scrolling, musical stationery in these versions. You can use our Quicknotes though.

If you are using Outlook in Vista, you will have to download the standard version for Outlook, save to your desktop, right click and install as an administrator.
