With our New PC Set up Service we will:

1. Make your Windows 10 computer look and work more like you previous Windows computer. We’ll make it look and work more like Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP so you will feel right at home.

2. We will install a Windows 7, Vista or Windows XP-style Start menu (if desired)

3. If you have an external drive, we’ll transfer your documents, pictures, music, videos, contacts and Internet shortcuts from your old computer to your new Windows computer.

4. We’ll optimize and organize your new computer, remove bloatware, to make sure you get the most out of your investment.

5. During this introductory period only–  we’ll reinstall Emsisoft if you are currently using it. If you have never used Emsisoft, we will set up Emsisoft and include a free three-month license.     If I purchase a “key” what process is required for you to work on my computer? Is an appt time set up for a contact – is the initial contact by phone or on line? What if my computer won’t boot up? Just wanting to understand this before I buy a key.

      Hi Penny…When you purchase a direct care key, your filled order will have a link to a form to fill out and request a session and we will schedule you. To connect for your scheduled session, we send you an email with a link to click that connects you with us so we can work on your computer. You will have to be able to turn on your computer, check email and open a browser in order for us to connect for a session. If your computer will not boot up, we cannot connect. We encourage everyone to be sure they have a backup of their system and a boot disk in case of a serious problem that prevents their computer from booting into windows.

      Direct care keys do not expire and are valid until you actually use them.

    I upgraded my laptop and PC from Win 7 Pro to Win 10. Darcy finished the set up for me and they both run like beautifully. Don’t miss this chance to get this new system set up the way you like it and reduce the new system learning curve

    In the UK, I think Daylight Saving is not until March the 27th, right in the middle of Easter.
