A Personal Update from TC & Darcy & What’s Ahead for Cloudeight
Things are slowly getting better! TC is making great progress and is now doing more advanced physical therapy, plus spending more time back at his computer working alongside me.
Our daily newsletter is going out almost every day now. As always, we’re staying on top of the latest changes in Windows, as well as the growing number of AI-enhanced scams. With the holidays right around the corner, these scams are going to become nearly impossible to avoid. Our job is to make sure that even if you encounter them, you won’t fall for their tricks—we want you to be safe during the holidays and always!
Here at Cloudeight, we are finally starting to get things back to normal. Soon, TC will be writing a personal essay to let you all know what happened, where things stand now, and what his hopes are moving forward. While life doesn’t always go as planned, we are aiming to resume our regular weekly newsletter starting in November and offer our Cloudeight Direct Computer Care service again in mid-December.

I have been a member since 1998 I think, if not then it was 1999. I have learned so much as the years have come and gone from you two. I am still using my old windows 10 computer not ready to give it up yet but I think it might have to be replaced soon. Thank you for all the years and help I have received from you both. Take Care.

Had a terrible time yesterday with a scammer site but thanks to my being the old B**** that I can be at times, I am still here and he isn’t.
