For those using Windows 7 or Windows 8, we can activate Windows Mail for you so you can use all our stationery for Windows Mail – including this new collection we call “Renaissance”. I am so sad. I have been using and loving Cloudeight email stationery for a long time but now I am unable to download it. I changed pc’s (from desk top to laptop) and can no longer access my stationery. I had a back up of all the info on the desktop but didn’t bother the stationery because I didn’t want it to be disturbed. I have Microsoft Security Essentials for security but it seems to not recognize my downloads. I have been having this problem for 6 months and no one seems able to help me. I sure hope that you have a solution as my emails are
drab and unattractive.

Our stationery does not work in Windows 7 unless you download the Windows Live Mail stationery we offer… or old stationery does not work with Windows Live Mail. You can activate Windows Mail in Windows 7 and use all our stationery; you can do it yourself or you can use our Cloudeight Direct Computer Care Service’s Windows Mail Setup.
