Last Friday and Saturday, we sent out a different kind of newsletter to all our Cloudeight Newsletter subscribers. Now here we are on Monday, New Year’s Eve, the last day of the year 2012. Today, we are amazed by the outpouring of good wishes and concern expressed by you, our members and subscribers but more accurately, OUR FRIENDS.
Your generosity and kindness is overwhelming. Today we feel blessed because of each one of you.
When we sent “The Future of Cloudeight” our intention was to answer each and every one of you who responded. Howver, by yesterday afternoon it became clear that due to the volume of repsonses we would not be able to answer each one of you personally and in a timely manner. No one deserves a personal reply from both of us more than you, but due to your amazing response, it is just not possible to do that. And so that is the reason you’re receiving this from both of us today.
So we wish to thank each one of you personally. Your outpouring of kindness and generosity has been nothing short of amazing. And we want to assure you that we have both read every single email you’ve sent to us and we feel blessed to have you as our friend. The support, both financial and emotional, that you have given us is beyond anything we ever expected, and it serves remind us something we’ve always known — you are good people and good people shine their brightest when things are the darkest.
When we sent our message called “The Future of Cloudeight” to you, we were hopeful that most of those who received it would understand our situation and we knew that many of you were already aware that we’ve been struggling to save our small business for last few years. And here, now, at the end of another year, having made it through thanks to your support, we are more keenly aware than ever that this new year presents us with both a challenge as well as an opportunity.
I want to make a special mention here of my partner, EB (Darcy) who has been holding down the fort these past few weeks. Thanks to Darcy’s amazing efforts, we have been able to provide all of you with all our services including our newsletters and the assistance and help you’ve asked of us without interruption and without any major problems. I (TC) have been ill but the ongoing treatment is working and I hope to be back 100% with the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, you have our word that we both will give you our best. We going to strive make our newsletters and our services even better than before.
Once again, we are reminded that good people shine brightest when things are darkest. Darcy has worked uncounted extra hours doing the work of two people for much of the past month or so. But now things are getting better and TC will again will be able to help our customers with our Cloudeight Direct Computer Care service as well as making sure our Cloudeight InfoAve Premium and Cloudeight InfoAve newsletters continue to be the very best they can be.
We have always wanted to give our readers the best deals we could give them even if it meant cutting our profit margins to the bare minimum. But a fair profit and return on investment is very different from greed. We’ve always had a hard time with pricing our services and items we sell because of our desire to give our readers the very best prices anywhere. Now we have had to take a hard look at things more realistically, and while we will not waver in our honestly with our readers, we realize we are going to have to make a fair profit and return on our investmen on the goods services we sell. We think this is the right approach for us — we simply cannot go through another year of fighting every week for our company’s survival. in short, it means we’re going to have to change our pricing so we make a fair return and you get still get a great deal. If we continue as we have been, it would be unlikely we could survive as a viable business another year. So beginning tomorrow, January 1, 2013, we will be changine our pricing for the services and products we offer. We are confident that you’ll still find our prices a great value, and our services, as always, will remain second to none. We will work even harder to make sure this is so.
Being honest sometimes means reporting the bad news as well as the good news. Many of you have expressed your concern about the services for which you’ve already paid and you’re wondering what would happen if the worst happened and Cloudeight closed up shop. We want to reassure you no matter what the future brings, all of you who have paid for services and products, will receive the services and products for which you paid. We are and always have been committed to you and we will make it good with you no matter what. And that’s a promise.
Finally, some of you read something into “The Future of Cloudeight” which we never intended. So we will try to put your minds at ease. At this time we have no plans to go out of business; we have no plans to close our doors or go out of business. We both have worked hard and fought to stay in business against all odds and we’ve done so while keeping you number one — above profit, above money, above sensationalism, above everything. We have never once regretted our decision to turn down hundreds of thousands of dollars from companies who wanted us to bundle their software with ours. We could have both retired by now with a a substantial amount of money had we turned our back on those who trusted us and taken the easy road to profit through trickery and software bundling — a road far too many others have taken. We will never take the low road. You have trusted us and you have and relied on us and we won’t let you down. In the end our struggles are the result of us making the right choices — the good choices – not the easy choices or profitable ones. We are going to continue to fight the good fight. We’re going to stay true to ourselves and therefore we are going to stay true to you. We know we can count on you to support us when times get tough. And we cannot thank you enough for all you do for us.
These past few days have shown us once again, that you care about us too. You have shown how much you count on us to provide you with the truth and to tell you things straight without any hesitation — even when it means we don’t benefit financially from it. The last few days have again proven us right – you are the best friends anyone ever had and we thank you sincerely for your loyalty.
Although tomorrow, our prices will change, our philosophy will not. We will expand our newsletters and give you more information about computers, software, smartphones and tablets, while keeping our focus on giving you money-saving, Windows advice and tips. And we will continue with our busiess and we will survive because we will always continue to keep our promises to you and give you accurate information you can trust. We will continue to be the two people whose advice you can trust because it will never be obscurred by how much money is in it for us. We will always tell you the truth as we see it.
We still have available some good end-of-the-year savings and these prices will continue until midnight tonight (Eastern Time — USA) You can see all of our remaining end-of-the year deals at http://thundercloud.net/direct/countdown.htm . We hope you will be able to take advantage of some of these.
THANK YOU ALL — EVERY ONE OF YOU — FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY
We want you to know that you can count on us tomorrow — and we know we can count on you tomorrow too. The generosity and kindness you’ve shown us in the past few days is amazing. You are amazing. We both thank each one of you for your help and loyaty — and for showing us that the human spirit still shines brightest when the night is darkest.
We thank each one of you for your words of support and kindness and for your overwhelming generosity and financial support..
Happy new year to you and to those you love.
May the new year bring you peace, happiness, good health and love.
Best wishes always,
Darcy & TC

You two are what keeps us coming back for more info!! You’re the greatest and I cannot tell you how much you’ve helped my knowledge of my computer. Thanks for all you do for all of us and I’m so thankful for the many friends of yours who feel the same way I do!! Wishing you the best in 2013!!

Thank you both for all you do for all of us..It is going to be a great year!
Hi Darcy & TC, Once again I will reiterate that it is such a pleasure to remain with people that we can trust. I have been with you practically from the beginning and you have saved my bacon so many times with your tips and excellent advice, I have my key tucked away for when I need it, and the many “goodies” that you have been able to offer, so rest assured that there are many grateful people out there that we have someone like you two that we can trust, so keep up the good work and hope that 2013 is a truly prosperous year for you both, anddon’t worry about the increased charges…you are worth it!!!!
Another beautiful letter.. reading it with tearing flowing day my face..It’s wonderful to hear that you are feeling so much better TC:) I pray the New Year 2013 is going to be a healthy and a wealthy year for you both…God Bless you both and a very Happy New Year:)
Love and Hugs
Robyn (aussierob)
EB and TC, I want to wish you both better times in 2013, in your personal lives as well as with Cloudeight. As a long time subscriber you have provided me with a lot more than money can buy between newsletters, a lifetime subscription, software and even hardware (a thumb drive that I love). I wish I could buy more and would love to have been able to take advanatge of the discounted prices this week but pension funds only go so far. But thta doens’t stop me from wishing you both a very Happy New Year.
Roz
I hope the New Year will bring good health and happiness. Not to mention maybe a small fortune. Since we are all friends it would really be nice if you posted a face to go with your kind words. As I read your news letters I often wonder what you both look like. You may have done this in the past but I don’t think I ever saw them. But if you wish to remain annonymous I can respect that.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TJ and Darcy
OOPS I meant to say HAPPY NEW YEAR TC and Darcy. sorry
Thank you for your computer help, tips etc on your InfoAve site, the InfoAve newsletter and the InfoAve Daily newsletter. And a thank you for the expert help through your Cloudeight Direct Computer Care.
Wishing you both the best in the New Year.
A big THANK YOU for all you do for us! In a day and time when it is hard to trust, it is nice to know that there are people who will still stand up for the truth, are honest, and care about doing the right thing. It is easy to make money screwing people over. It is much harder to do the right thing, and not scam people. There are many who do not care what they do, how they do it, or who they do it to. I am sure you have restored faith in a lot of people, who had given up on others, especially those they do not know personally. Thank you again, and I will be seeking out your offers after the first of the year. It sounds like you are going to be busy for awhile, anyway. God bless! Larry
Thank you for EVERYTHING you have done to keep us all safe and informed. May God Bless you both.
Wishing you a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2013.
May health and prosperity find you both in the upcoming year. May you both be able to continue to provide help and insight through your newsletter and other services. You are an honest source of information and are so appreciated. Happy New Year and God bless.
I am hoping that this New Year will be a healthy, peaceful and profitable one for you both!
TC–please take time to heal, and both of you be good to yourselves!
You are such a blessing to me, and have been for several years now!
Bobbie
Dear TC and EB, I too have tears in my eyes. What a beautiful letter and we all know what kind of good people you are. So happy to hear you will continue to keep your business and I wish TC continued good health.
Darla
Darcy and TC
I have been following, and using, your help from the beginning. I am now a live alone shut-in and my computer is my lifeline and I owe all I know to the two of you. I support you when I can look forward to both your weekly and daily newsletters and tips. I wish you both the best of health and success in the new year.
Patty
Dear Darcy and TC:
I was not aware you were ill TC as I did not receive your newsletter of 12/28/12, the first time that has happened since 1998, but I’m sure it’s a att.net thing. I will keep you in my prayers and wish you both all the best, good health, prosperity, and lots of all that’s good in life for now and forever. Thank you so much for always being there for us, for knowing how to fix our problems and for all the knowledge you pass on to us so willingly.
God bless and much love,
Virginia
I could hardly read all of this letter as my eyes were filled with tears way before I got halfway through it! I so appreciate all you do for us, and hope that we (your customers AND friends) can reciprocate in the new year by buying the software and services you offer to an extent that you have a great 2013! Our prayers are with you both, especially TC!! Hope you both have a VERY Happy New Year!
My main concern is for TC to get well, and I am delighted that he is on the road to recovery, and I hope he will be back to his old self very soon indeed.
I have been been reading your newsletters, using your stationary, getting help many times over at InfoAve.com, am a lifetime member on “The Hill,” how could I not care for two people that have become good friends.
You keep up the good work, and keep your faith in those that know you and listen to you because of your honesty and integrity. Life is always a greater struggle for those that are honest and hold to the truth. But their rewards are greater too.
My best wishes for you both in 2013, and many years onward.
Sincerely,
Sandie
Darcy and TC,
First I would like to I praise and thank God that TC is on the mend and things are looking up in his health. Second, I would like to thank you for all the love, loyality and generosity you have given us all these years and so happy that Cloudeight is going to be around a long while.
I would never have been able to accomplish what I have on a computer had it not been for you two. Thank you. I too could read your letter without tears both of concern and joy. Having your newsletters and such in my home has been like visiting with friends and chatting. God bless you both and may your New Year be a one of prosperity, health and joy. Only the best for you two.
Love,
Carolyn
You have one of the best newsletters on the net, the advice, and honest information have been invaluable to hundreds I have been a member since day one. We need you and look forward to having you with us for years to come Am glad to hear of improving health, A hint to the followers, a gift subscription to a friend makes a wonderful gift. I have done this three times. Happy New Year
Into the New Year, we shall all, hopefully,
continue to receive the help and care of EB,
and the articulate, verbose utterings of TC,
fighting fit to deal with any computer calamity.
May their devoted diligence to our online needs,
be well rewarded for their unselfish good deeds.
Continue to receive our wholehearted support,
as nowhere else can such dedication be bought.
[So Sayeth he who has been a grateful beneficiary of their services.]

HAPPY NEW YEAR Darcy and TC!!!!
Everything that has been said in the previous notes is what I also feel in my heart. I would only be repeating the sentiments.
You are the best, good luck, thank you and God bless.
Rhonda
I just read your newsletter from Friday and felt sick. I am so sorry that you’ve been ill TC. I hope and pray that you will continue to gain back your strength and health. I kept reading and thinking anytime now, they are going to say they have to close down the site. I was still worried about that until I read your Daily just a bit ago. I am so thankful that you will be continuing with Cloudeight. Because of a disease I have, I’m pretty much confined to the house. My computer is my way of keeping up with the outside world. I really do wait for your Newsletter every Friday and your Daily newsletters. I’ve learned so much from y’all, and try to follow all your tips and tricks. I trust you both completely with my computer. I bought 3 of your computer care keys when you first came out with them. I guess it was my way of trying to help y’all out, and have a lifeline down the road if I ever needed it. I live on a very tight budget, but I will help you out whenever I can just to make sure y’all are always around for all of us. Thank you so much for all the time you spend keeping us safe and up to date. Please keep us informed about your health, okay! I can appreciate your need to get your prices in line with your bills. I would rather pay more for your services and know that they are always available to us.
Thank you again for all your time and effort.
Kathy
So glad you are on the mend TC and thank you both for all you have done for me and so many others. You are both the best and you will be hearing from me soon, believe me. Happy New Year.
You two are amaaaaazing. I have learned so much from your newsletters. All the very best to you both for the New Year.
Good health to you TC, do hope 2013 treats you kindly. Look after yourself Darcy, don’t try to do too much on your own. Looking forward to “talking” to you very soon to help me with e-mail programme. Happy New Year.
Good things happen when good people work together. God blesses those who do right and treat other folks right as both of you have done with all of us your fans and customers and most of all friends. I, too, was afraid you were going to say that you were going to have to close your business. I pray that God will bless you with a prosperous new year and that He will bless you, TC, with rapidly returning good health. I have never questioned any advice the two of you have given me over the years. I say that you have given me because it always feels like a personal newsletter for me. I’m sure that everyone also feels that same way. How blessed we are to have two people who are so honest and caring. All most businesses care about is the profit they can make. We KNOW that the two of you care so much about us, your customers and friends, that you always are honest and do what is right. God will bless you two and your business in the future. I feel that in my heart.
I wish you both a Healthy and Prosperous New Year and many more to come.
May God bless you both.May you have a healthy, happy and prosperous New year.Honesty brings it’s own rewards. You two are rare and special.
Thank you
We KNOW how VALUABLE you are…and we’re darn sure you KNOW how valuable YOU are! In this day and “internet” age… you shine like a beacon in the night! You’ve been an immense help to the many… let the many be an immense help to you! YOU DESERVE IT! Good things always get rewarded! You are in our prayers… and prayers speak volumes! Wishing you Health – Happiness – and Prosperity in this NEW YEAR and for the many, many years to come! HUGS & KISSES… Renee
I just want to express what I have thought over all the years that you both have been in this business. You must be super intellects because you have learned all about computering as time passed and you needed to know about the new things that were constantly changing. At the same time, you spend so much of your time passing on the information to us, mostly I dare say, ‘mature’ folks. It boggles my mind to try to comprehend your abilities. I am so impressed, as I’m sure mostly all your readers are. Thank you for being good people. Happy New Year to you both.
TC all the best for 2013 – my thoughts are with you to get fully back up on your feet. EB – you did a grand job.
Love you guys.
Hugs, Anne
AMEN… Blessings to you both for being so honest! As you’ve helped so many people, you can count on these good people praying for you both!
I, too, along with all of your customers and friends, feel so very blessed to have the two of you and your company. You have given us all so much valuable information and countless hours of help with our computers. I am glad to know you will both still be there for us and especially you, TC, with whatever health problems you are facing…you know that you have countless prayers and good wishes going up for you. Thank you both for being honest and willing to stay honest with us–truly friends and customers ! YOU are good people !! Bless you !
Hi TC and EB, Sad to hear about your problems both with health and business but hopefully now TC you are well on the road to recovery and Cloudeight will follow in your footsteps. Well done EB for keeping everything going and your readers didn’t realise. I, too, look forward every week to your newsletter and would miss it sorely. Many thanks for all the help and information you pass on to us.
Here’s wishing you a Happy and Prosperous New Year to come,
Hazel (from England)
I have been a member for well over 10 years from the other side of the world. My favorites have been the email stationary but sadly some are without music. My favorites are “Simplicity New York” even without the towers, “Dust in the wind” would have to be my favorite. So many good memories to keep forever. Our dollar is so low most days that sending donations is not worth it but I did send a donation about 5 years ago. Also a lot of the information on computer products does not relate to us still we do welcome hearing what is available.I would miss you dreadfully if you went off line so good luck for the future and may I always receive your newsletters.
Delighted to know that you are on the mend TC. You and EB are at the very core of just about everything I learnt about PC’s. The mind boggles how the two of you have the capacity to keep up to date with all the latest technology and now aiming to cover smartphones, tablets etc… This is probably the easy part, the real challenge at which you have proven to be so successful is to reduce all this to easy to understand, simple explanations which us ordinary people can understand.
We love you for your your steadfastness and commitment.
Cedric from Cape Town in sunny South Africa
I was one of those who went into a panic when I first read your newsletter entitled “The Future of Cloudeight”. My first thought was that you were, indeed, planning on going out of business. I can sympathize with your struggle. I lost my job WAY back in July 2007 and have been unable to find work since then. Unemployment stopped in 2009, so I have been living off my quickly dwindling savings since then. These past years have been very hard on many of us, and I pray that 2013 is much brighter for all of us. Please keep up the good work. I always look forward to and learn many interesting things from your newsletters. I use your Smileycons in my e-mails all the time. If (or, hopefullly, when) I finally find a good job and get back on my feet financially, you can bet on it that I will be purchasing more products from you. Thank you and God bless you for all of your hard work. Happy New Year! May 2013 be a turning point for all of us…
Blessed be,
Ms. D
And my friends, I wish you both Wellness, Good Health, and the same wonderful truth and help you have given all of us of the years. as the sayings go, “”Hang in there, Babe, the best is yet to come”” and so that is my wish for you and I am sure I speak for many others as well. Thank you for being my friend.
Rena
See Cloudeight InfoAve Daily dated 12/28/2012 for my initial response to the honest and open letter from EB and TC regarding their business issues, past, present and future. TC is on the mend which is primary. I just fulfilled my commitment for 1/1/2013. Opening a business is intended to bring a comfortable livelihood for the owner. (For those who work for someone else – we do not give away our time – we expect to be paid for our efforts, and earn as much as possible.) A successful business must reflect both a liveable and comfortable profit. Business owners absorb all the overhead. The information these two people provide – for FREE – is monumental. Try and find this on the web where it is not bundled and with ads popping up left and right; it is quite limited if you are able to find them. Some of my favorites in other areas are now charging for what was once free or closed shop. Why,? because they need an income to provide for themselves and their families. Jobs and the economy are awful, but for those who can send a donation, please do until EB and TC raise their prices (reorganize) and are standing on firmer ground. They are quality people and will keep us apprised. One can have a generous heart and still make a profitable living. Again, to EB and TC in 2013, May you be blessed with Good Health, Peace, Joy and a Profitable Income.
To both of you: If prices go up, so be it. If some of the services that you both so unselfishly provide have to be curtailed a bit, so be it. Neither one of you can continue to work 16 to 18 hour days and expect to have your health hold up. Life just doesn’t work that way. Take care of your health, your families, and then us. We’ll be here to support you in any way that we can. You have only to tell us how we can help and we will collectively do what is necessary to live up to our end of the bargain. Take care of yourselves and we’ll all grow old together, which is the way it should be. Take care and God Bless you both.
Ditto to all of the above letters….my sentiments exactly!
Wishing you both a good year in 2013 with much Good Health, Happiness & Prosperity for the New Year and for many more years to come.
Get well soon, TC.
May God Bless you both….
Hugs,
Gerry
Oops! I did something wrong here and it seems as though I have to post something to get rid of my email address on this comment. Sorry!
I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been ill, TC. I didn’t know about it until it was mentioned in the newsletter last week. You are in my prayers to make a full recovery. Please, please keep us updated as to how you are doing. Because we all care about you. Bless your heart, Darcy, for keeping things going while TC has been sick. But, that’s what good friends do, isn’t it? You have one another’s back. And, I can assure you that all your friends who enjoy and appreciate everything that you do for us will have your backs for as long and as generously as we can. I wish you both a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year! Sharon
i wish you both well and good fortune in this new year..you can see the above letters from so many from all over just how much you are appreciated..i also thank you for all of your help..get well soon, and happy new year…
madeline
So glad you are on the mend, TC. I know EB missed you when you were too ill to work. (EB, if you missed him don’t admit it – he will hold that over your head, you know! lol)
Many thanks to both of you for everything you do for us.
I am the eternal optmist and have faith that 2013 is going to be a better year.
God bless you both.
“optimist”. I have fat fingers…. 🙂
Thank you Darcy for being there for TC, and thank God that you are on the mend TC! After mopping up my eyes with a tissue after reading about this, I needed to tell you both that as a long time subscriber I not only respect your opinions more than anyone else’s, I also admire you both. To me, you ARE like friends.
Friends worry about their friends when they are in trouble or when they are ill. Prayers have power to them and I’m adding you both to mine. Also, I would much rather your prices went up (to where they should be in reality) and you stay in business, than to lose you both. That to me would be unthinkable, I rely on your opinions and advice so much. If I could meet you in person you would be on the receiving end of monstrous hugs (just ask all my OTHER friends). I owe you both so much.
Do what you need to do, you can rest assured that we will always be there for you like you are for us! Thank you so much for the end of the year sale prices, I was able to purchase 2 more keys… now I have 3 in case I ever need them, and I have purchased most of the programs you suggested over the last while.
Wishing you both a New Year that is healthy, happy, and prosperous! God bless you both!
Love and peace
Jude
Good grief I just can’t REMEMBER how long I have been ‘attached’ to you both…..but its been “FOREVER” I know!!!! Friday’s would not be Friday without you. Much thanks for all your wonderful information and keeping me (and a zillion others) up-to-date with computers. Yes, you are very WELCOME in not only what ‘we do’ but what ‘you do’ as well….
I am really glad you will still be around. I have gotten so much information and help over the years. I am glad you are on the mend TC. Have a wonderful, healthful new year
Thank you so much Darcy and TC,
I have just read your latest edition of InfoAve Premium.
Firstly I offer my well wishes and prayers to you TC, for a healthy and positive outcome with your medical issues.
I am sorry, but not surprised, that you two are having these financial difficulties. Here in Australia I see a lot of small businesses going by the wayside these days, often being squashed or absorbed by the bigger outfits. Please, hang on to your principles, no matter what happens.
Of course I have a vested interest in you two keeping going, because I would not be able to use my computer, an old XP desktop, if you did not help to keep it going – by the information in your newsletters and via remote assistance too, using a Cloudeight Direct Repair Service key. I’ve still got two standing by!
I was introduced to Cloudeight about 9 years ago, and since then I have learnt a lot from you and your InfoAve and InfoAve Premium. I’ve also told a lot of people about you, and how to find you. For a late-comer techno-phobe like me you are not just a help, but a necessary source of information for how I use and understand(?)my computer.
I know there are thousands more like me who would love to have the money to make sure you don’t go under, but I’m sure we will all help as much as we are able to, as we have in the past. I need you to be there for when I upgrade my computer, or should I ever get a smart phone, an e-reader, or a tablet (i-pad?). You are my “go to people”! Just for now I’m happy that I can send emails to you, on the other side of the world!
Thank you for all the help you’ve given me – so far. I really do appreciate it very much.
I wish you and your loved ones a healthy, blessed and prosperous year in 2013.
With much appreciation, and kind regards, Annie (from Western Australia) 8~)
There are times when words are never enough
Remember the Judy Garland song :-
Silver Lining
As I wash my dishes, I’ll be following a plan,
Till I see the brightness in ev’ry pot and pan.
I am sure this point of view will ease the daily grind,
So I’ll keep repeating in my mind.
Look for the silver lining
When e’er a cloud appears in the blue.
Remember somewhere, the sun is shining
And so the right thing to do is make it shine for you.
A heart, full of joy and gladness
Will always banish sadness and strife
So always look for the silver lining
And try to find the sunny side of life.
So always look for the silver lining
And try to find the sunny side of life.
I wonder if either of you realize the treasured position in which we have placed you. When things go black or blue or whatever, it is a moment of panic even for us who have access to Cloudeight. The panic goes away when we can get on the web or into your annual disk-fulls of information and make the blues go away. You are our safety net. Except for a few who have never had to take their computers to the “shop,” the bulk of us know what a debasing feeling we get when we go to the “shop.” I have had local guys, good guys all, do things to my machines that thought were needed but which they couldn’t explain to me. We need you. Don’t ever go away.
TC & EB, Firstly, TC, I’m overjoyed that all is well, and that you are getting better each and every moment. The trick is to care for yourself first. You see, we need you well and healthy because we do love you. In this day and age of following you and EB, we have become your CloudEight Cult. You ARE the Friends of Truth, the Idols of Truth and the Icons of Truth to each and every one of us; and we put our trust in you both, because you are the Truth in computers that has never failed us. Not once have you given us anything leading us down the wrong path. Without you both, we would be in utter chaos with our Computers, and we definitely know it. I am so very thankful to the two of you, starting years and years ago in British Columbia, and now 11 years in Saskatchewan. Your Newsletter has followed me everywhere, and I’ve always read through all of them. Items that I have purchased are still working wonderfully, and I can’t count the times I’ve been saved by an article or two from you. Yup, I’m older than dirt, but I do recognize a true Friend, and in the coming year, I will help keep you and CloudEight going. Pensions are not the largest, but I certainly can budget like whiz, and you will be included in all of that. I wish I could win a lovely lottery 🙂 and then I would be able to go nutz just sending you a good chunk of it to relieve all the problems of stress, and health probems that you’ve gone through. You both deserve the best, and I know that God in his infinite wisdom will be with you all the way, because you are both honest. To be part of the CloudEight Friendship, Family is an honour for all of us as well and Family cares for Family.
I wish you both a Belated Christmas, and a Very Happy, Peaceful, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.
With Much Love and Respect,

Forgot to say one thing:
Regarding your health here is a quote to follow:
“Excess within moderation” from Somewhere in Time (Movie)

When I learned of someone in my Cloudeight family who is going through tough times, it just made my heart sink & my knees weak. I have been gaining so much computer knowledge over the years, thanks to you TC & EB that I don’t think I can ever repay you guys for such a precious gift. You both have provided such a vast amount of important information to help all of us make wise decisions concerning the health of our computers. I hope & pray that your sometimes long 16-18 hour days come to an end very soon for the sake of both of your healths. Not to sound morbid but take my word from personal experience – stress will kill you. I am sure that if you decide to start slowly downsizing, everyone who is a part of the Cloudeight family will certainly understand.
Gratefully yours,
Snowflake281
Reading here the last couple weeks has almost made me feel I am losing a family member. The two of you have been a mainstay in all computer things since I got my first computer about 10 years ago. I am SO thankful I discovered your website and over the years you have more than proven yourselves to provide such invaluable information for which I will always be grateful. I am one of those who will be willing to pay more for something I know is good when I know you both have expended time, money and energy on research and testing. I am thankful you, TC are recovering. Health cannot be replaced. You both are in my prayers. Your tender kindness in explaining your situation really touched me. I do hope this year will bring a resurgence of what you both need and desire to make your business what you would like to realize. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
