If you’re using Outlook.com (Hotmail, MSN, Live, Outlook) or Gmail, you must look in your spam folder every few days. While both have decent spam filtering, neither Outlook.com or Gmail is perfect. They make mistakes, but at least with both of those mail providers, you have the option of marking an email as “Not Spam” and from then on it will not be blocked. It’s important, if you’re using either Outlook.com or Gmail that you check your spam folder every few days to make sure you’re not missing any important email. If you’re using an @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.ca, @live.com, or @msn.com or @gmail.com address, you control your mail. Please check your spam folder and if you see our newsletter there, click on it and mark it NOT SPAM. From then on it will go right in your inbox.

We are being blocked by Yahoo. Yahoo simply deletes our newsletter in many cases and subscribers don’t even have the option to mark our newsletter as not spam. If you’re subscribing to this newsletter with a Yahoo account, please get a Gmail account here or an Outlook.com account here and subscribe to this newsletter using your new Gmail or Outlook.com account. If you need help switching, please let us know.

Charter, Frontier, Rogers.com and some other ISPs are also randomly blocking our newsletter. If you are a subscriber and you’re not receiving our InfoAve Premium newsletter every Friday, please contact your ISP and find out why you are not getting the mail you signed up to get.

We have sent our InfoAve Premium newsletter every week for 685 weeks – we haven’t missed a week. So, if you’ve missed issues of our InfoAve Premium Newsletter or you’ve stopped getting them, it’s not because we are not sending them – it’s either because your email provider is putting them in your spam folder – or your ISP is blocking and censoring your email.

We cover a lot of sensitive topics in this newsletter – from Ransomware, to malware, to spam, to scams – and things that are likely to trigger spam/censorship filters. We cover these sensitive and important topics to help you stay safe.

Please help us make sure that everyone who wants our newsletter gets it. Contact your ISP if you’re not getting our Premium newsletter each week. If you subscribe with Gmail, Hotmail,MSN,Live, or Outlook.com be sure to check your spam folder every few days. If you’re using a Yahoo email address, consider subscribing with a Gmail or Outlook.com address where you control your email and have the option to decide what emails you want to receive.

If you aren’t receiving our InfoAve Premium Newsletter… it’s because your provider is putting it in your spam folder or they are censoring and deleting it.

Over 1700 of our Cloudeight InfoAve Premium Subscribers Didn’t Get This Newsletter Last Week Because of ISP Censorship That’s right, over 1700 subscribers didn’t receive our newsletter last week due to ISP spam filtering or because our newsletter ended up in your spam folder.
