How to Check Windows Update History using Command Prompt (or Windows PowerShell)<\/h1>\n

Windows updates are automatically installed and ensure that your Windows the system is up-to-date with the latest security patches, bug fixes and hotfixes.<\/p>\n

You can check your Windows Update history by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking on “View installed update history”. But there’s another way. And it may be faster for you.<\/p>\n

You can check your update history using Command Prompt this way:<\/p>\n

Type CMD in taskbar search and press Enter.<\/p>\n

At the prompt in the Command window enter the following command:<\/p>\n

wmic qfe list<\/code><\/strong><\/p>\n

And then press Enter.<\/p>\n
