We have been using Microsoft Office 365 Personal Edition for several years now. We pay $69.99 a year for a continuously updated MS Office Suite which included Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher (PC only) and Access (PC only). We like it because it’s fairly inexpensive – especially at $6.99 \/ month – and we\u00a0never have to worry about our MS Office programs being out of date — plus we can reinstall MS Office it any time we need to reinstall it without any problems.<\/span><\/p>\n Both of us have Office 365 Personal Edition ($69.99 \/year or $6.99 \/month) which has been limited to one user\/one device. But beginning October 2, 2018, Microsoft is is sweetening the deal for both Office 365 Home Edition ($99.99 \/ year or $9.99 \/month) and Office Personal Edition users.<\/span><\/p>\n Here’s the scoop from Microsoft about the new deals for MS Office 365 Home & Personal Users<\/span><\/p>\n The Office 365 Home and Office 365 Personal subscriptions currently include device install limits. Home limits subscribers to 10 devices in total (across five users) and Personal limits subscribers to one PC or Mac and one tablet. Starting October 2, subscribers can install Office on an unlimited number of devices\u2014and be signed into their accounts on up to five of those devices at the same time.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n And the scoop for MS Office 365 Home Users<\/span><\/p>\n The Office 365 Home subscription is already an incredible deal. For just $99.99 a year, five people can get their own licenses to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote\u2014plus 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage and other valuable apps and services. Starting October 2, we\u2019re increasing the number of licenses in a Home subscription from 5 to 6. That\u2019s right: we\u2019re adding an additional person to the subscription with no change in price.
