Unplug the power cable for the router from the power source.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">2.) Unplug the power cable for the modem from the power source.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">3.) Restart your computer while the modem and router are unplugged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">While you computer is restarting turn on the modem or plug the modem back into the power source. Wait for the modem to complete its test cycle and all the lights look normal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Next, turn on or plug your router back into the power source.
