Enable or Disable Touch Screen [Windows 10]<\/span><\/h1>\n

If you have a touch screen computer, and your touch screen stops working, here’s how to enable your touch screen in Windows 10<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Right-click your Windows 10 Start button (or use the Windows key + X shortcut).<\/span>
\n2. Click on Device Manager.<\/span>
\n3. Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Select HID-compliant touch screen from the list.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Select the Action tab at the top of the window (as above).<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Select Enable device from the drop-down menu and confirm.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your touch screen is on and you want to disable it, follow the instructions above, but choose “Disable” instead of “Enable”. If the touch screen is enabled, you’ll have the option to disable it.<\/span><\/p>\n
