You’re Getting Old!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Do you think time is catching up with you? Perhaps it’s already overtaken you and left you in the dust. Do the years seem to be going ridiculously quickly now? There’s a reason for it. You’re getting old<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

No one over 40 likes to be reminded that they’re getting old. For instance, let’s use EB as an example of youth gone wrong. I happen to know, for example, that’s she’s taken (as of this second) she has sucked in 500+ million breaths of air, her cold heart has beaten over 2 billion times, she’s seen the moon circle the Earth more than 800 times. In short, she’s old.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

My dear departed dad would always respond to the question, “How are you doing” by saying “I’m still breathing; it beats the alternative.” He was old when he said that. As old as EB is now. She’s still taking in air, and it beats the alternative, but she’s still OLD.<\/span><\/p>\n

She’s so old, in fact, that:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
