Group Tabs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Many times, while using your browser, you\u2019ll have several tabs open that are related to each other. Let\u2019s say, for example, you\u2019re searching for high-quality Vitamin D capsules. Google allows you to group related tabs. Keeping related tabs together makes it easier to find the tab you\u2019re looking for. Try it!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Right-click on any tab and you should see \u201cAdd tab to new group\u201d. When you click on the \u201cAdd tab to new group&#8221;, you can name it and choose a color for that group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Here\u2019s an example. We\u2019re going to group all Cloudeight-related tabs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1.) Right-click on a tab and choose \u201cAdd tab to new group\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2021\/group0.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Chrome Tips\" width=\"282\" height=\"347\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2.) Give the group a name and assign a color to the group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2021\/group.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Chrome Tips\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3.) Now that you\u2019ve created and named a group and assigned its color, right-click on the next related tab, click \u201cAdd tab to group\u201d and select the group you want to add it to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2021\/group2.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Chrome Tips\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">4.) Create as many groups as you want. Grouping related tabs together and assigning them colors, lets you find related tabs at a glance. Below you\u2019ll see I\u2019ve created two groups \u2013 one called \u201cCloudeight\u201d and one called \u201cMISC.\u201d The colors make it easy to see which tabs are grouped.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2021\/group3.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Chrome Tips\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">You can even choose to have groups open in a new window. And if you no longer want the group you created, you can remove the group at any time. Also, you can remove any tab from any group by right-clicking on the tab and selecting \u201cRemove from group\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>2. Chrome\u2019s Reading List<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Did you know that Chrome has a reading list that lets you add pages to a reading list so you can read them (or finish reading them) later? The next time you find an interesting website, web page, or article that you want to read or reference later, just right-click on its tab and select \u201cAdd to reading list\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">You can access your reading list by clicking on the Reading List button on Chrome\u2019s secondary toolbar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In the example below, I found a CISA article about Ransomware I want to read. If don\u2019t have time to read it right now, I can right-click on its tab and select \u201cAdd tab to reading list\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2021\/reading-list.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Chrome Tips\" width=\"378\" height=\"338\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">I can access my Reading list any time by clicking the \u201cReading list\u201d button at the right edge of Chrome\u2019s Bookmarks bar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2021\/reading-list1a.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Chrome Tips\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">After I\u2019ve read the article or page in my Reading list, I can mark it as \u201cread\u201d or remove it from the list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2021\/reading-list2.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Chrome Tips\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">So, the next time you find an article you\u2019d like to read, but don\u2019t have time to read or would just rather read it later, just right-click on its tab and add it to your Google Chrome Reading list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"auto-style801\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2020\/line18a.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve Premium\" width=\"600\" height=\"4\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 24pt;\">Wait!
