While this is supposed to be a cool GUI feature, it makes scrollbars harder to see. But it&#8217;s easy to change if you know how.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"> To make your scrollbars visible all the time, and easier to see, do this&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Windows 11<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1. Press &amp; hold down the Windows key and tap the U key to open Accessibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2. In Windows 11 &gt;Settings &gt; Accessibility look under &#8220;Visual effects&#8221;.
