Today&#8217;s tips are all about finding your wireless password. When you get a new smartphone, tablet, computer, or any other internet-connected device, you will need to know your wireless password. All of today&#8217;s &#8220;Three Tips Tuesday&#8221; tips will help you do just that! And all of them <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">work in Windows 10 and Windows 11.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>1&gt; Using the Control Panel to Find Your Wireless Network Password\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Just follow these simple steps&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; Type CONTROL in the Taskbar search<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; Press Enter when Control Panel appears in the search results<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; Click Network and Sharing Center (in Control Panel)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; From the menu on the left, choose \u201cChange adapter options\u201d<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2022\/wifi-pass00.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight Internet - Wi-Fi Password\" width=\"417\" height=\"427\" border=\"2\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; Click on \u201cChange adapter options\u201d (see above). And you\u2019ll see the \u201cNetwork Connections\u201d dialog appear (see below):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2017\/find-network-pass0a.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve\" width=\"545\" height=\"267\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Right-click on the Wi-Fi connection you normally use and then click on Status in the drop-down menu (see image below) which appears:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2017\/find-network-pass1.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve\" width=\"430\" height=\"359\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; In the Wi-Fi Status dialog, click on the Wireless Properties button (see screenshot below):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2017\/find-network-pass2.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve\" width=\"424\" height=\"508\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; In the Wireless Network Properties dialog, click on the Security tab at the top (see image below):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2017\/find-network-pass3.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve\" width=\"426\" height=\"553\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">&gt; In the Wireless Network Properties Security dialog, tick the box next to \u201cShow Characters\u201d and you&#8217;ll immediately see your password displayed in plain text.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/thundercloud.net\/infoave\/images\/2017\/find-network-pass4.png\" alt=\"Cloudeight InfoAve\" width=\"436\" height=\"566\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">There&#8217;s your wireless password!
