It went through diagnosing my PC, Auto Repair, and Reset PC. Response: &#8220;Auto Repair couldn&#8217;t repair your PC&#8221; and &#8220;Startup Repair couldn&#8217;t repair your PC&#8221;. What&#8217;s next? Can I buy some kind of disc that will fix my problem? A reset will wipe out Windows and all programs that you installed, save your files, reinstall a fresh copy of Windows, and then put your files back. Edge and Chrome can use the same extensions &#8211; they are both Chromium browsers. <a href=\"https:\/\/chrome.google.com\/webstore\/detail\/roboform-password-manager\/pnlccmojcmeohlpggmfnbbiapkmbliob?hl=en\"> Here is the Google Store page for the free version of RoboForm for Google Chrome. <\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Darcy still uses RoboForm and it&#8217;s one of three password managers we recommend. This problem is usually caused by having two Bluetooth entries in the \u201cSend to\u201d folder. One of them is correct, the other is not. To fix your \u201cSend to\u201d menu problem, you have to delete the one that is not correct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Open File Explorer and click on \u201cView\u201d at the top. Then click on the arrow under Options (on the far right) and choose \u201cChange folder and search options\u201d. In the Folder Options dialog, click on the \u201cView\u201d tab at the top and make sure \u201cView hidden files, folders, and drives\u201d is selected. But if you have two (one may be called just Bluetooth) it can stop the other entries from showing in the \u201cSend to\u201d list. So, I am just guessing you have two entries with \u201cBluetooth\u201d in their names. If you do, delete the second one. We reviewed it several years ago &#8211; it has probably changed some since we wrote this&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thundercloud.net\/infoave\/new\/vivaldi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.thundercloud.net\/infoave\/new\/vivaldi\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">There are dozens of other browsers based on Chrome, the most popular of which are Microsoft Edge, one called Epic, and another called \u201cBrave\u201d.\u00a0 there are a lot of Chromium-based browsers available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">We have tried many of them. I\u2019m still using good old Google Chrome and Darcy is using Microsoft Edge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">But there\u2019s certainly nothing wrong with Vivaldi. If this kind of thing worked, Yahoo, Experian, and some of the biggest companies and government agencies would not be getting hacked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">I remember the banks were talked into getting customers to sign up for Rapport which was supposed to keep them from getting hacked. Heck, the banks were even giving that away free as an additional \u201cservice\u201d, kind of like free checking. All it did was cause problems with computers. Darcy and I removed Rapport from dozens of computers- it was not easy to get rid of it either. It sounds like your ISP is trying to make this sound like a great deal \u2013 an additional \u201cservice\u2019 you can get for only $47.88 a year. My advice: Take that money and buy a nice dinner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The chance of an individual getting hacked is one in tens of millions. People get tricked into giving criminals passwords and personal information \u2013 or they use easy-to-guess passwords like \u201cpassword\u201d, \u201c1234567\u201d, \u201cabcdef\u201d, etc. (and we\u2019re not kidding). Windows 12 is at least 2 years away. It&#8217;s not likely Microsoft would release Windows 12 while Windows 10 and Windows 11 are both still supported.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Windows 10 is supported until October 14, 2025, so there&#8217;s no need to update to Windows 11 right now unless there is some feature of Windows 11 you want &#8211; or unless you like to stay on the cutting edge. It may be helpful for those considering Windows 11 to keep in mind &#8211; until a few months before Windows 11 was released &#8211; Windows 11 was just another new version of Windows 10. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">No one knows much about Windows 12 yet &#8211; everything you can read about it is filled with speculation and &#8220;insider sources&#8221;. Our opinion is that if your computer can run Windows 11, it will be able to run Windows 12. And that you&#8217;d be able to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 12 without ever installing Windows 11. If you remember, Windows 7 users could upgrade to Windows 10 without ever installing Windows 8.
