However, when my order arrived from UPS, I had been \u201cupgraded\u201d to phones that cost $80 more and neither was free.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The final straw was when one of the customer service reps asked me to send her photos of the promotional flyer for the free phone. Really? Like I\u2019m making all this up? Oh well. I\u2019ll be a sport. I dutifully scanned both sides of the flyer. saved them as JPEGs and sent them via email to the representative. She promised to call me back when she got the pictures and fix things for me. She never called back and things never got fixed up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">That was it. I had had it. The pressure valves in my head were about to explode. But every dark road has a light on it somewhere.
