Your Windows computer comes with a fantastic built-in tool called Magnifier that can help you see everything on your screen more clearly. It&#8217;s also extremely easy to turn on and off with just a couple of keys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">We will show you how to use a simple keyboard trick involving the Windows Key to make your screen easier to read.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">What is the Magnifier?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Think of the Magnifier as a digital magnifying glass for your computer screen. It can zoom in on any part of what you&#8217;re looking at, whether it&#8217;s an email, a website, a photo, or a document. This means you don&#8217;t have to strain your eyes anymore to see something on your screen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">How to Turn On and Off the Magnifier (The Easy Way)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">This is the trick you&#8217;ve been waiting for! It&#8217;s simple!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To turn on the Magnifier, press and hold the Windows Key and then press the plus sign (+) key on your keyboard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">You should immediately see your screen zoom in. The Esc key is usually in the top-left corner of your keyboard. You can also click the &#8220;X&#8221; (close) button on the small Magnifier window that appears.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Moving Around When Magnified<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">When you&#8217;re zoomed in, you might not see your whole screen at once. To move around and see different parts of your magnified screen. Just move your mouse cursor to the edges of the screen, and the magnified view will follow it. This is usually the most helpful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Lens: Creates a movable magnifying glass that follows your mouse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Docked: Creates a magnified area at the top of your screen while the rest of the screen stays normal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The small Magnifier window that appears has controls for zooming in\/out, changing views, and accessing additional settings.
