Remember &#8211; what starts with Windows, runs with Windows, and all those programs running in the background eat up your computer&#8217;s resources, and is one of the major causes of sluggish performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Did you know you can disable startup programs using the Settings app?
