I have learned more from you about computers that from all other sources put together. My question is, Is Smilebox safe? I have received some greetings & albums from others and they are so fun. I downloaded the program about a year ago and made an album. It was so cute and I loved the program, but immediately after, my computer crashed with a virus. It was SuperAntiSpyware that alerted me, so I called them and the tech told me SmileBox is bad, but I know several people who use & enjoy it. I did not reinstall SmileBox, but would like to use it. So what is your take on Smilebox?

Our Answer
Thank you very much, Karen. The program popped up constantly from the system tray asking if I wanted to add the most recent pictures uploaded to my computer to my Smilebox. It wouldn’t uninstall, once I was able to find the uninstall option, because it was running. You first have to get it to stop running, which is a chore in itself since it seems to have a mind of its own.

They offer a 14-day trial period, after which they automatically charge your credit card.
