One of the most common Windows annoyances is Windows Updates failing to install. While there is no easy fix for some of these problems — if you’re having a problem installing Net Framework 4 via Windows Updates, this recently release Microsoft tool may be just the ticket to fix your problem. Notice we said “may be”. No guarantees — but it’s worth a shot. Remember — this will only attempt to fix problems with the Microsoft .NET Framework 4. And it’s available in English only — so if you, like EB only speak Slobovian, you’ll have to get a sidekick who speaks English to help you.
