“According to a company news release, Google just made the horrible mistake of renewing their contract with these evildoers.<\/em><\/p>\n

I just spent a couple of hours removing one of their so-called products, \u201cSweetPacks\u201d, from a friend\u2019s computer. Prior to this, the friend had suffered loss of time and work amounting to days over a period of MONTHS, due to involuntary redirection of browser searches by the unconscionable garbage produced by this trash heap masquerading as a reputable company.<\/em><\/p>\n

The uninstall directions on their web site DO NOT WORK. Removal of their abominable and stinking excrement required use of adwcleaner, Malwarebytes pro, and hand resetting of all browser defaults including their unauthorized alteration of Chrome, Firefox AND Internet Explorer. A final scan using Hitmanpro and another by CCleaner were also needed. A total waste of three hours of expensive professional time.<\/em><\/p>\n

In my opinion, the president of a company which could make such an annoyance and which could potentially waste the time of millions of people for no purpose except their enrichment, is an example of human waste.<\/em><\/p>\n

The company should be sued by a mass action law suit and if I had my way, people who make software like this would be in jail for a very long time and forced to assist victims of similar scammy programs during their incarceration.<\/em><\/p>\n

I am absolutely appalled that Google renewed a contact with these scumbags and I urge everyone to write Google and strenuously object to it.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you have any doubt about this, Google \u201cSweetPacks\u201d and \u201cmalware\u201d (no quotes) to learn what it is about.”<\/em><\/p>\n

The problem is.. you cannot easily sue IncrediMail, they are tucked away safely in Israel, so they can do just about anything they want. if tens of thousands wrote Google, it might make Google listen, but we’re pretty sure Google makes a ton of money from this deal too . Guess who the other losers are? The companies and businesses who pay to have their products advertised in IncrediMail are, for the most part, falling on “deaf ears (and eyes) when they place advertisements and toolbars in IncrediMail… most who use it learn to ignore the ads; maybe because they are too busy trying to clean up their computers from all the other garbage and distractions installed by IncrediMail.<\/p>\n

We’re going to be doing some extensive testing and we hope to show exactly what happens when someone installs IncrediMail – and exactly what kinds of malware IncrediMail installs.
