If you know what I mean, you also know  \t\t\tthat if you don&#8217;t keep the CTRL key pressed down while selecting all  \t\t\tthe files, and let go of the CTRL key, even for a second, you have  \t\t\tto start all over again. That means re-selecting that long list of  \t\t\tfiles you just spent 15 minutes selecting before you messed up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>But, digiknow that Windows Vista and Windows 7 has a feature that  \t\t\tlets you turn on checkboxes in the Windows Explorer interface so  \t\t\tthat you can simply select files by checking the box? It&#8217;s true.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how to turn on the checkboxes features in Windows Vista and  \t\t\tWindows 7:<\/p>\n<p>1. Open Windows Explorer (Press the Windows key + E or click or open  \t\t\tyour start menu and click &#8220;Computer&#8221;)<\/p>\n<p>2. Click on the Organize button at the top left of the Explorer  \t\t\tinterface<\/p>\n<p>3. Select Folder and Search Options from the next menu and choose  \t\t\tthe View tab<\/p>\n<p>4. Scroll down and you\u2019ll see the option \u201cUse check boxes to select  \t\t\titems\u201c. There you go!
