That&#8217;s why, if you&#8217;re typing the same text  \t\tover and over again, you need some kind of clipboard extender. Well, we  \t\thave some kind of clipboard extender. Talk about serendipity. It&#8217;s your  \t\tlucky day. It&#8217;s time to buy a lottery ticket.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"><span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"><span>For exa<span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">mple,  \t\tEB constantly emails me. Rather than actually taking time to answer her  \t\temail, I just use xNeat Clipboard Manager to send her a canned response.  \t\tThis keeps her happy because she thinks I&#8217;m actually typing these  \t\tanswers,\u00a0 and it ensures my paycheck each week. If there&#8217;s any money left  \t\twith which to pay me, that is. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"><span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"><span>Ahem&#8230;.things are tough all over in these  \t\ttroubled times. But at least I don&#8217;t have to waste my time answering EB  \t\teach time she writes. I just open up my xNeat Clipboard and paste in an  \t\tappropriate response.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"><span>Here&#8217;s an example of how I placate EB with  \t\tmy\u00a0 canned responses. Instead of wiping the sweat off my beaten brow  \t\tand pecking around the keyboard, I  \t\tsimply fire-up my trusty xNeat Clipboard Manager and find a response  \t\tthat fits the bill and paste it, like this:<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #485a84;\">&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>\nDear TC,<\/p>\n<p>Did you forget my grammar lesson today? When are you going to sing for  \t\tme?<\/p>\n<p>Your friend,<\/p>\n<p>EB<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8211;<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Dear EB,<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m busy. I don&#8217;t have time for your grammar lesson today. Maybe  \t\ttomorrow. And, no! I&#8217;m not going to sing for you!<\/p>\n<p>Your friend,<\/p>\n<p>TC<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>&#8212;&#8211;<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: sans-serif; color: #485a84;\"> Dear TC,<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m getting aggravated. I can get some work done. See? It&#8217;s win-win situation.<\/p>\n<p>Now that we&#8217;ve demonstrated some of the  \t\twonderful things you can do with a clipboard manager, let us say that  \t\txNeat Clipboard Manager is one of the slickest ones we&#8217;ve ever used. You  \t\tcan even adjust the number of clips you want it to save. xNeat will save  \t\tyour clips for you for as long as you like. Certainly sometime next  \t\tweek, EB will write me a similar email and I&#8217;ll just pick out a nice reply clip and paste it  \t\tin and fire back an answer. It takes only a second and keeps her in  \t\tline and happy. And I can get back to mining salt or drinking Bloody Marys  \t\tdepending on what day it is.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, I know, I&#8217;m gesticulating while I  \t\tbabble. So, to  \t\tprevent you from being totally irritated with me, and avoid hearing all  \t\tof your sighs, I will bow out and present to you Mr. xNeat and his crew,  \t\twho will tell you about xNeat Clipboard Manager.
