How to Download and Install  Click the download link. If you are purchasing a screensaver, you will be redirected to the download as soon as our order is finalized.  Choose "SAVE" and save to your desktop or a folder you can easily find. When download is complete, double click the downloaded file and it will install and be your default screensaver. You can adjust user configurable settings at this time if you want.

How to Uninstall - You have two options:

1. Click Start, Programs (or All Programs) and find the listing for Cloudeight Premium Screensavers. Now choose the screensaver you want to uninstall and choose "uninstall".

or

2. Click Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Find the screensaver you want to uninstall in the list. All 3D Screensavers have the common prefix "3D" for ease in finding.

How to use User Configurable Settings - You have two options:

1. When you install the screensaver, it will become your default screensaver and the screensaver menu under Display Properties will appear. You can click the "settings" button and change many of the settings for the screensaver such as what images appear, whether or not you want sound, and more. Each screensaver has several choices you can make.

or

2. In Windows 98/2000/NT/ME/XP, Right click on a blank area of your desktop, choose Properties from the drop down menu, then choose Screen Saver to access the screensaver menu.

If you are using Windows Vista, right mouse click in blank area on desktop, choose Personalize, then choose Screensavers.  Windows 7 - Start menu.

System Requirements - Cloudeight Premium 3D Screen Savers are compatible with Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista and all versions of Windows 7. If you are using an older computer, we encourage you to test the trial or the free screensaver download prior to purchasing to make sure your computer does not have any conflicts with running the screensaver.

Lost Screensavers - If you lose your screensaver due to a system crash or a format, we cannot replace it. It is your responsibilty to save a copy of your downloaded screensaver to a CDROM, a flash drive  or other removable media for safe keeping.  We offer a great discount on the USB Flash Drive which includes all ten of the 3D screensavers.

Debug or Runtime errors? 

This is an error that you will get if you're not using Microsoft Direct-X version 9 or higher. Direct-X is a component of Windows and allows you to access games, screen savers and other high resolution animations and graphics. Microsoft Windows XP comes with Direct X 7, Vista comes with Direct-X version 10. You need to upgrade your Direct X version to version 9.0 or higher to run the screen savers.
