In Windows 7 and Windows 8 the taskbar icons hold a hidden secret. Did you know you can use the small preview you see when you hover over a program’s icon to move the application’s window? This is particularly helpful if a program’s window has moved off the screen and is not visible.
1. Click the Taskbar icon.
2. Then, hover over the icon to display its preview.
3. Right-click the preview.
