A Reminder Service With Appeal

Reme IO

We have no idea what Reme IO means. EB says it means Red Eye Myopic Eye – Impending Operation. She’s an R.N. too. Luckily not MY R.N.  But anyway, this is the first site we’ve ever found where its description (hidden away in a PDF file) takes longer to understand than the site. The site is about as self-explanatory as a banana. (EB! What I mean is that you don’t need instructions on a banana to eat it, do you? Where do you buy your bananas? )

Anyway, Reme IO lets you send yourself reminders by email, quickly and easily. And you don’t even have to get an account. Anyone can use it and you can use it as much as you need it. I sent myself a reminder to hide tonight at 7:00 PM because EB was going a new full-service flogging equipment store today and I am quite sure she would have practiced on me had she found me. Luckily, I found a bucket and a hose and I’m at the bottom of the pond on her 124-acre estate.

ENOUGH!

Here’s a picture of the site’s main page – as beautifully simplistic as it is functional:

See? It’s like a banana. You don’t need no stinkin’ instructions. You don’t need to sign up for no stinkin’ account either – I tells ya!

Now it’s time to introduce you to Mr. Reme and his dancing squirrels staff:

Short description
Create email reminders in seconds.

Long description

With Reme.IO you can create instant email reminders. It’s free, and no sign up is required, it works straight from the landing page. Just provide the reminder’s text, due date, your email address and you’re done.

You can also include other people in your reminders, like your family, friends and clients. Since Reme.IO supports natural language, you can create reminders faster and in a more human way. Reme.IO is about taking the tasks out of the way by scheduling them to be only seen when they need to be dealt with. Whether it’s a meeting, bills due day, birthday or other appointment, you can forget about it and Reme.IO will remind you at the right moment.

Why?

There are a lot of task management apps out there and other solutions, but we wanted to do something that’s insanely easy to use, free for everyone and that requires no registration or other road-blocks. As email is still #1 communication channel that people use, it just makes sense that the reminders are sent via email.

The major advantage of scheduling a reminder with Reme.IO is that you won’t fill a task management app with tasks that are not relevant for now. You will only deal with the task at the moment it needs your attention.

Who is it for?

Reme.IO is for everyone who needs to stay focused and organized working on their projects.

Ready to remind yourself to send beer to TC or happy pills to EB — or just send money? Or just remind yourself of something else important. Like a banana, Reme IO has appeal.

Go to Reme IO and remind yourself of anything anytime.

Sounds like something I would like since Win 10 wont let me use my google calendar. I need something to notify me in advance about birthdays and the Win 10 calendar will not do that for all day events. But this isn’t working either. It just keeps sending me in circles entering my email address over and over. Can’t get signed up.
