If you have a SeniorPass or an Annual Key and have unattended sessions set up, we can get to your computer sooner in most cases. If you have one of our annual service plans you can request an unattended setup to get your computer fixed sooner!

    I was given the computer. It is an H/P with Win7 that was upgraded to Win10 Pro’ . I am 87 years old and my Grandkids are not here to help me learn computing. My CD drive will not work and I don’t know why. There are two Media players but neither one works, maybe a bad driver. I am available most days between 8:30 am until 5:pm PST. any time of day is O.K. between those hours. And one other problem, I don’t see well; vision 20/200 without glasses, 20/50 as corrected. I need all the help you can give me!

    My old memory does not remember how many Win 10 Transformations TC has completed for me, but at least 3, maybe 4, this could be my 5th. There is only one word to describe the Cloudeight team, and that word is:
