A lot of us out here are Senior Citizen, whom rely on our Social Security income only! This means its a absolute must having to budget every month for every little thing. I would absolutely love to pay the $45.00 at this time, to insure that my computer would be properly ready for Windows 10. Unfortunately at this time, I am unable to do so!
