Happy New Year from Both of Us… to All of YOU!
It’s the last day of 2025. Tomorrow, we’ll begin a new year. It will be our 28th year for our little business, which we call Cloudeight.
It’s been an amazing ride, but we would not be here if it weren’t for the support and generosity of many of you.
You’ve kept us going. Because of you, we’ve been able to survive the only way we want to survive: by being honest and helping as many of you as we can at little or no cost to you.
Recently, we started our Winter Donation Drive and, well, what can we say? Your response has been wonderful as always.
We are looking forward to the new year with hope and with gratitude for all of you who we consider part of our Cloudeight family.
These past 27 years have been a roller coaster ride for us. But we’ve survived the ups and downs because of you. And Darcy and I want you to know we consider you friends – we hope you consider us friends too.
Every new year is a mystery. Not a single one of us knows what the new year will bring. The new year is a mystery. It is a beginning and an end. All of us will begin a new journey tomorrow and the past year will fade away and melt into all the years that have passed before.
We wish you all the best in the new year to come. May your journey be a safe and happy one. Each curve in the road ahead is an unknown, and we’ve all traveled similar roads before.
Some of us look back at the year’s end with good and happy memories, and others look back at the bad and sad memories. But I think most of us look back upon the year that’s drawing to a close with a little bit of all of those.
Our mission is and always has been to give you what you want but never sell you out. We strive to tell you the truth and ensure that we keep you abreast of the dangers, both new and old, that you’ll face every day on the Internet.
As the old year fades into the past and the new year arrives. We both want you to know how much we appreciate you. Thank you very much for making it possible for our little “mom and pop” business to beat the odds and survive in this crazy new world of mega-corporations and an internet that has become all about the almighty dollar.
We hope that in the coming year, we will continue to earn your trust and friendship as we have tried so hard to do in all the years that have come before.
May the new year bring you and those you love happiness and good health.

Thanks for all you do. Its been a lot of years and I am so happy we are still going strong together. May 2026 be your best year ever. Financially, physically, healthy, happy and many more wonderful years yet! I have been questioned lots about you two’s integrity and morals. I defend you to the point of telling this grumpy unbeliever I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my computer. And we have had lots of years to prove that. Sorry I just had a pc meltdown and couldn’t find the problem the last couple days. Finally last night we did. I did order a new keyboard that came with 2 that was one one of problems and a few other things. (Back a while ago)Sorry to be long winded but no one ever tells me what to do with my pc except you. I don’t care how smart you think you are but you will never live up to my computer gurus!! \Have a good one. Happy New Year

I, just as other members, do not know either of you personally but certainly feel as if I do. I remember my first experience with you was when I came upon your stationery page and how wonderful I found that. Needless to say, over the years, you went on to create other programs, one of them being Not Over The Hill. I began to trust you more and more over the years. It was when my husband passed in 2011 that I pulled away from so many things and though your site was one of them, I always come back to it.

My sister-in-law and I used to email each other using the beautiful stationery. Sadly she passed away last January. She was the first of 6 family members that I lost in 2025. My husband and I are hoping to retire this year. We want to go on more mission trips and travel a little more. Happy 2026 to all!
