An Update on TC
As many of you know, TC (Thundercloud) was hospitalized in August and spent three weeks in the hospital following surgery. He was able to return home, but unfortunately, he has since been readmitted to the hospital.
I know how many of you look forward to hearing from TC each day through our Daily News, as well as through our weekly Cloudeight Infoave Newsletter. Many of you also know TC personally through the years, as he handles a majority of our support email and Direct Care sessions, helping countless Cloudeight friends and family with their computer questions and problems.
At this time, I don’t have any further updates to share, but I know many of you are concerned and wondering how he is doing. As soon as I receive more information, I will post an update here. Or better yet, he will!
For now, I’m asking all of TC’s friends, readers, and longtime followers to please keep him in your thoughts and prayers for strength, healing, and recovery.
I know your prayers and well wishes would mean a great deal to him.

Shocked to hear about TC. He, over the last months, has given little hints about looking back, and thinking about life. Just catching up with my emails, and at first, I thought I was not reading the subject of this email correctly. I’ve had TC look into my computer several times over the years, and once or twice even spoke to him on phone before the chat box appeared. Very kind and thoughtful as well as SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about Microsoft products. In my morning prayers, I will continue to pray for him and for his recovery. Thanks for keeping us informed, Darcy.

9/8/26 Just now learning of Mr TC’s surgery/hospitalization. Offering my prayers:
Father God, you know this man better than anyone as you created him. YOU know he has a heart of gold and would do anything humanly possible to help others and he has done so thruout his lifetime. Please Father God, I ask you to reach down, put your arms around him and guard him from whatever it is that is plaguing him. Mr TC has a huge internet family that loves him just as much, if not more, than his family. Even tho his internet family has never met Mr TC in person, he is always in our hearts and we love him. Please Father God, I ask you to put a shield around Mr TC and his family during this time. Please guide the doctors so they can help Mr TC recover and heal completely. I ask this in your son’s name, Christ Jesus. AMEN

Hi Darcy,, I haven’t checked in for awhile on your homepage and I’m so sorry to discover that TC is having a medical issue and I pray that he will pull through. C. Tyler
Darcu. so many prayers are being sent for TC. I feel like one one more can’t hurt. When I first read the letter that was sent back in August I prayed then and now I wait to see how he is doing after being hospitaiized again. I have maintained reading of what is going on for Cloudeiight even though I mainly use a MacBook Air now. I started with an HP back in the 70’s and quickly joined up with you and TC. I feel like it is home. I do have a laptop that runs on Windows but for some reason Window 11 is not for me, or it just doesn’t like me! The guy who installed it did not really instruct me on Windows11 and it is quite different from Windows 10. So I will continue praying for TC that he will begin to feel better soon.

I have been with you two for decades now. Darcy and TC, you have been like faithful friends to get me out of jams and to help me learn more about the world of technology. I read with interest TC’s essay on his bout with sepsis. Little did I know that just a few weeks later, I would find my husband unresponsive and running 104 degree fever. He was admitted to ICU with sepsis and spent 8 days in the hospital. He came home on September 2, 2026 but still has a journey ahead to heal, as TC fully understands from his own journey. As a follower of Jesus, you both will have my prayers. There is power in prayer. We have a God who listens to those prayers. The two of you do so much for others and it is very much appreciated. ❤️🙏
I have never seen or heard such expressions of love and care as for the both of you. I had been in Canada for almost the last 6 weeks and when I got home, I saw that TC is back in the hospital. So sorry to hear this! Although I haven’t been around here for a time, I think of you both frequently and was so shocked to hear about TC. Just as many others, I offer up my prayers for him and for you Darcy that you have the strength to carry this site and other things without him for now.
May the Lord always be with him and answer all our prayers which we offer up for TC.

Many thanks for keeping T.C’s followers upto date. At times like this it brings people together, with well wishe and those of long standing whom T.C. has helped, and for me, over many yesrs. I think at least if my calculations are right it would be 40 years possibly plus. Please pass on my appreciation and good wishes and let him know that there will always only be one T.C. with the patience, tolerance and going beyond the call of duty in many cases I am sure. To you also Darcy you have always been his stalwart and together you have both worked magic over the years. Long may you both reign and at a time like this thank you seems very inadequate for the dedication y ou have both shown over the y ears to one and all.
