I bought a key from Cloud Eight and need help. I would like to use my key I purchased on 12/1/2013. Will wait for you to set a date from you. It is hard for me to explain what my problem is. I cannot get into my email (am using my husbands computer to reach you). I can get into everything on my computer. I cannot even get onto my home page to get into my Google Chrome. Don’t even know where to tell you to start. Joyce
