Is the world getting more and more coarse (of course) and tasteless? Are we losing every last modicum of class? Sometimes the advertising media comes up with some very creative stuff — and sometimes they come up with some base, demeaning, puerile stuff. This list of the 20 most-shared ads of October 2013, has “both of each” as one of my granddaughters would say.

I am constantly amazed & appalled at what people find humorous today. Some are funny but for the most part, today’s advertising insults a person’s intelligence & some is downright repulsive.
