How many times have you wanted to contact a company by phone or email and after hour searching you either couldn’t find a phone number, you were besieged by fake spam ads, popups, false support phone numbers, or just could not find any correct contact information at all!

Yes, lots of hands going up out there.

We just discovered GetHuman, and while it’s not perfect, it is the perfect place to start in your quest to find the correct contact information for almost any large company.

We all know that big, rich corporations do their best to make it difficult for us little guys to contact them. Some (many!) actually outsource all their support services to people who don’t speak or barely speak English. This is a great way for those companies to avoid the very people who made them successful: You and I.

But not to worry. No rambling from us today. Some of you grammarians already think we’re one of the aforementioned companies who barely speak (or write) English.  That aside, we’re not going to ramble on about GetHuman. But we will tell you this: If you’re looking for a phone number, email address or specific contact information for a large company, take it from us – you’ll save a ton of time by starting your quest at GetHuman.

You don’t have to sign up for anything to use GetHuman, however, well let you read what GetHuman has to say about that:

So dear friends, all that that little screed means is this: If all you want to do is find phone numbers, email addresses and other contact information from big companies that almost seem to be hiding from you, then GetHuman is the first place you’ll want to look.

    GetHuman is needed in Australia, by the time one has pressed 2 for service, 1 for a department, 2 again for one of four choices, Accounts through Faults, Technical and otherwise with robotic voices then tell The Voice “Customer Service” — abruptly, listen to a ring tone and annoying ‘music’ for 10 minutes then receive a greeting from a human in Asia, India, South Africa or other remote country who speaks a form of English which is in no way comprehensible.

    First though, we need to find humans who are redundant but they cannot help, most companies are operating their businesses in Asia or India due to the extremely low cost of paying local employees … man who work in Customer Service Offices. 🙁
