Yes,  It’s True: We are Here to Help!

We are always happy to answer your questions and help you if we can!

It’s a holiday weekend here in the USA, and we’re relaxing and enjoying the first official summer holiday. And it’s a great time for us to remind you that we are here to help you.

We often receive questions that begin with an apology, such as “Sorry to bother you”. You’re not bothering us, we welcome your questions; we’re here to help. That’s not a campaign slogan or a gimmick. We mean it. If you have a question about your computer, the web, internet security, browsers, malware, scams, or just about anything Windows or computer-related, you’ll always get a courteous and timely answer. We promise!

We love helping you, and if it can be done by email, we’ll send you whatever is needed to help you solve your computer problem(s), including custom screenshots and detailed, step-by-step non-geeky instructions… sometimes even a customized tutorial.

If it’s something we can’t help you with by email, and we need to connect to your computer to help you, we can do that too with our Cloudeight Direct Computer Care service.

So, we mean it when we say we’re here to help,. So, send us your questions we really do welcome them and we really are here to help!

    I am so glad you two are here. many times I had to write you and ask for help and got it for that I am very thankful. I try and donate when I have extra money because you do an important job for us and it’s appreciated very much. Have a nice holiday what’s left of it.

    Just sent a donation but had trouble with the booster login to register. Said username wrong and that my email was already in use. I assume that means I probably registered about 15 years ago or longer and forgot my password. Lol! Can’t remember as I just turned 86 today!

    We’re surviving on my husband’s retirement since 1999 but I still manage to eke out a pittance to you monthly. It’s my insurance – hubby thinks I’m a computer genius and I don’t want to disabuse him of that notion. Whenever I reach out with a question, you come right back with an answer and then I give him “my answer after researching.” Sweet deal, huh? It’s been that way since the 1980’s (exactly when in that decade I can’t remember, but after 40-ish years it doesn’t really matter). I love you both. Thanks.
