We are always happy to answer your questions
Many times we’ll receive questions that begin with an apology, such as “Sorry to bother you”. You’re not bothering us, we welcome your questions; we’re here to help. That’s not a campaign slogan or empty phrase. We mean it. If you have a question about your computer, the web, internet security, browsers, email, or just about anything Windows or computer-related, you’ll get a courteous and timely answer. We promise!
We love helping you solve your computer problems and if it can be done by email we’ll send you whatever is needed to help you solve your computer problem(s), including custom screenshots and detailed, step-by-step non-geeky instructions. If it’s something we need to connect to your computer to do for you, we can do that too with our Cloudeight Direct Computer Care service.
So, send us your questions because we really do welcome them and we really do want to help you.

You people are the nicest people on the Internet! You have always answered my questions, even the ones I haven’t asked but someone else did and I had the same problem. You are really providing amazing service for us who aren’t as tech savvy as you, and I learn something just about every time I visit your site or get your newsletter. I especially like knowing when you’ve checked out sites for their content AND safety, and I don’t hesitate to visit those places.
After saying all that, I know I ought to be donating to you more often, ha ha! Thanks for all you do!

I totally agree with all! I tell all that I have my own computer gurus that never let me down. For a very very long time all ready. Some people smirk and say you’re likely being lead down the garden path and I would like to bop those ones in the nose!! They haven’t a clue. I vote for a Nobel Prize is smarts and communications!!
