I have had several problems with my HP. I have had my computer serviced 3x since last November. That was my first try to have Windows 10, seemed to work then it then it screwed up. Seems they had also left my Windows 8.1 . Then in December I took it back because it was screwing up again. Worked for a week or so and January I had to bring it back to Staples. It was still under warranty until the 2nd week. After a few weeks more I started having more problems. Middle of February I guess you must no, that I am having funny things popping up. I can still get on it but within the last week I have a problem again. I have seen everyday that I have this pop-up which shows after I log in then a security error code pops up. I do not use windows Security Essentials because I have a program that came with my computer called Solphos. I have had this HP for a little over two years, I bought brand new. I will probably take this back again to Staples and have them look it over. What else can I do? I am very leery to work on my machine . Hope you and Darcy have a great Easter Holiday.
