We’re Changing Our Sites to Secure Servers

We’ve spent this weekend working on our WebCloudeight Secure Serverssites and moving them to SSL (Secure) servers. When this project is complete, you’ll see a lock and https:// in front of our URLs.

This is a huge project and there’s a chance that for the next few days you may notice images missing and you may get mixed-content warnings. It may take a few days for us to get everything working perfectly again.

It may take us a week or so to get everything back to normal, so please bear with us as while we work on our move to secure servers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may encounter.

As always, thanks so much for your support. We appreciate it very much!

Your worth the wait and I appreciate the heads up. I would have hated kicking my computer thinking it was messing up or that a cyber attack had gotten in somehow and blocked your content! Happy New Year!!!!! Thanks for all you do to keep us safe and informed!

I wasn’t on my computer for a few days and when your site, which I have as my home page, wasn’t displaying correctly…. and I also received a message. I also got scared and thought…now what the heck ? I went to your computer tricks & tips page and saw your message, and now I know all is okay ! I’m still learning things about Windows 10 and get panicked very easily.

You two can do this. And like Melody said, “Your worth the wait.”

It took a couple of attempts but got this page up. Good luck on the move to your new server.

    Hi TC & EB,
I am pleased to hear of your success, a couple of possible glitches, not a problem for you highly-skilled operators. 😉

Received your notice just now and my first attempt to get to your site rewarded me with a Page 404 Not Found and I screeched. You probably heard me. Anyway the 2nd attempt turned out just fine. Thank you so much for the heads up because I and many others rely on you two for so much! Thanks for always being there for us.

I’m so pleased it will be a secure site and we won’t have to watch what we now click on with so many scams around these days. Well done, you deserve a medal each. Ken.

I am not getting your daily newsletter is this because of the move?

The fact you’re not getting our daily newsletter isn’t related to our upgrade to secure servers. It’s related to your ISP (Verizon/AOL/Yahoo/OATH) blocking our newsletter.

I had that same problem the Gail had and I thought, “what the heck.” But, on the second try there was your email. I will wait forever for you. You two are the best thing that has happened for computer users. Happy New Year to both of you.

The last newletter I have received is this one. It is now Jan 8 so not sure what the problem is. Have never had a problem with my internet provider.
