We just wanted to let you all know that our power came back late yesterday afternoon and the Internet (cable) came back on this morning — so we’re going to be busy catching up with all the mail we have received since last Saturday (12/21/2013).
As far as we know, all of you who ordered things from us have received them. We were not able to answer any support mail — we hope to get caught up by tomorrow afternoon.
If you ordered something from us and haven’t received it — or you requested a Cloudeight Direct Computer Care session and haven’t been scheduled — please let us know. We will be back to work and scheduling Direct Care sessions for the week of January 6, 2014 – so all of you who have requested sessions will be scheduled for that week.
